Does it exist a way to add an other voice ?

Hello

When I get voices property, I get 4 voices : David, Hazel, Zira & Hortense My question is : how to add an other one ? I set my windows languages settings ( I added english and french languages so I have 8 different voices containing 2 french ) So how to get these missing voices ?
