Update options in notebook

Hello @nateraw,

First of all, thank you for this nice implementation to generate videos with Stable Diffusion. 🔥

I recognized a mismatch between the options for video generation in the README and in the example notebook. I have adjusted the options in the README and in the notebook so that they match.

It is my first time commiting to an open-source project, so please bare with me. 😅 Thanks.
