These proposed changes remove deprecation notice caused by PHP 8.4 For example

Deprecated: obray\ipp\interfaces\RequestInterface::send(): Implicitly marking parameter $password as nullable is deprecated, the explicit nullable type must be used instead in D:\www_root_vip_rbcb\vendor\obray\ipp\src\interfaces\RequestInterface.php:0
