Travis-ci: added support for ppc64le

Added power support for the travis.yml file with ppc64le. This is part of the Ubuntu distribution for ppc64le. This helps us simplify testing later when distributions are re-building and re-releasing.

@dthadi3 I'm not a maintainer of this project. I'm not quite sure what the motivation is to add this. I think from a lumberjack point of view it's perfectly sufficient to just support amd64.
