Some more context: our team has stood up [contribute.cncf.io](https://contribute.cncf.io/) and [tag-env-sustainability.cncf.io](https://tag-env-sustainability.cncf.io/) recently for other TAGs. They use Hugo with a [Docsy](https://www.docsy.dev/) theme.

This is potentially both a TechDocs assessment and a Website update request.
