Energy Injection ported over from newdev and updated docustrings for climate and jdi
Addresses issue #277 Documents and Notebook tested to be compatible with latest workflow and following new namedtuple format.
Just added docustring for climate and jdi addressing part of issue #274. I'll test all the climate notebooks and work through them next to before closing out the issue

Just rerun and updated all climate notebooks (except for CreateModelGrid and FunWithChem, I think others were working on this so I wanted to avoid conflicts for now). Also added (yet another) notebook 12i(?) that shows some common climate model issues and how to work around them. Others should feel free to add additional issues they run into in different scenarios.
This should close out issue #274. Up next, tutorial reorganization
Organized notebooks based on comment in Issue #273. I've left out the GetDataFunction because I think that should be its own at the beginning as part of installation, and references which is its own thing as well at the end. Feel free to re-organize if other groups would be more fitting
The reorg is great the only change I would make is move the last in A to a new section on clouds. Ill need to redo the tutorials.rst page but this is WONDERFUL!!!! Any other upcoming changes or should I try and get this all officially merged to dev?
It'd be great to have these merged into dev! Especially with the hot bug fixes for constant kzz. I don't plan on making any other changes right now, the unit testing will be added into the 'unittest' branch so nothing else here unless I run into bugs or find other issues with the non-climate notebooks.
