Cloud Hosting Option for opacities.db

Smallest opacities.db file is several GB. Is there a more efficient way of accessing these databases?

It would be ideal if we could serve these databases and then Picaso could just query it. I don't know how to do this.

@bmorris3 and @nasacrawford, is this something y'all could help with?
