Publish artifacts to something else then jCenter

Since jCenter is closing at May 1st (see https://jfrog.com/blog/into-the-sunset-bintray-jcenter-gocenter-and-chartcenter/), the artifacts for this project will not be downloadable. Would it be possible if you upload the artifacts to Maven Central or another repository?
