TryGetPath and IsSupportedCollectionType are now available in 2021.4 preview

Just ported them as well as the support to traverse dictionaries. I did not port those overloads taking a property name / property though. This can easily be achieved with a string.Join(".", basePath, subPath).

This issue shall only be a little remainder to remember what the needed changes will be when removing that functionality from Elementa, Elementa.Editor and Kairos.
