Ability to add Azure as an openai provider

We use Azure in-house, would love to be able to use them as a provider on the openplayground.

Did that on my folk at https://github.com/Mat-O-Lab/openplayground, change the api endpoint in models.json and put ur deplomentnames into engine.

@ThHanke I tried your fork with Azure-OpenAI integration, but it does not show Azure OpenAI in providers list still. Do I need set up the parameters somehow else?
