Dear all, I tried to use the Docker-version of ClusterProfShiny GSEA. It works nicely with the provided example data file. However, when I try to upload my own data file (tab-delimeted; 3 columns; first: gene symbol, second: logfold change; third adj.-p-value), the orgram diconnects from server. Upon reloading, the same thing happens again.
