Integrate code coverage reporting with a service such as CodeCov or Coverails

After Issue #26, we will probably want to integrate with a code coverage service that nicely presents the results over time. Nash will want ownership of the account of whichever service we choose, but we can start by discussing and deciding on a particular service first.
