Disconnection handling mechanism

We want to be able to handle disconnection. To do so, we also want to:

• Notify when the connection was lost
• Define the re-connection strategy upon the client creation, which would be:
  • Keeping track of subscriptions and recover them on re-connection
  • Defining a custom re-connection strategy
