KYC Review - Names doesnt match wathever the order they're typed
When my KYC is reviewed it ve got a message saying my last / first name doesnt match with name used for lottery. I have tried many times to put the last / first / middle names in all the orders possible and i always fail
Is there a way to know which names have been used in the lottery ? (maybe one letter had been missed ? i dont know what happened)

Exact the same problem here. While name are not a sensitive problem we dont safeguard this data (as do with passwords and keys) and now there are no way to check or correct the data in case we have a misspelling
I just submitted my KYC! Via the discord channel I got support for the issue. It turned out my name was in the wrong order. The first name had to be my last name, capped to two characters. The last name had to be my first name. And my second name was left out.

Hello my kyc issue has been fixed thanks to Neo support team : join Neo discord chanel here https://discord.gg/NDYgpDU look at the thread and ask to localhuman give him you neo adress he will tell what you typed for the lottery i hope it will help you , let me know
