Lottery round 1 KYC approved changed to unsuccessful

Hello. I was successful in round 1 lottery and my KYC was approved. Today I logged into my account via NEX chrome extension and I get the message: 'You have been unsuccessful'. A lot of other participants who were successful are getting the same message. Please try to resolve this bug. Thank you.
