NEX extension disappeared.

Hi. I was recently unsuccessful in the lottery first round, which isn't a problem. But the other day the chrome extension just disappeared?? I can promise you I did nothing to warrant it going missing. I have tried to reinstall it but it states that I already have it? Do you have any idea why this has happened?
