First/Last name does not match name submitted in lottery

I am getting this error message it says "First/Last name does not match name submitted in lottery" though I don't think there was a typo error when I register for lottery also I do not insert middle initial if not ask. I hope this will be resolved soon.

I have same problem, how ever i have also tried with swapping first name and last name also. They really need to look into it as 7th Aprils is the last date for KYC. admin please look into it ASAP.

I have the same problem i tried all i can try, admin please solve the problem with first and second name ! Is really a problem

I solve it was a - between my names that i didn’t add.
