Infinitely stuck on kyc pending while others were instantly kyc approved

Dear Team,

After multiple attempts of filling in KYC details because of name sensitivity problems, finally after I can only presume that my KYC details matches, its been showing me this page of kyc pending for the past 96 hours. I've checked with the nex telegram community and only less than a handful are encountering the same issue. Is this normal?
