Populate tags in the project

Meza releases and functionality such as meza update rely on git tags. We need to pull in the tags from the freephile repo to populate tags in this repo.

While we're at it, it may make sense to remove old tags. Currently, the update command is hard-coded to show only 43.x tags for sanity.
