Feature Description

Ability to store a queue of data for each measurement and dump those queues on request

Rationale

We used this type of functionality to dump the history of EHA as part of system responses or ground command. It helps operators debug anomalies and faults, as EHA can get dropped or not received on the ground at a high enough rate (for a variety for reasons). Obviously PolyDb is not the back-end for telemetry in F-prime, but I hope we re-think that one day. Regardless this is a handy feature for debugging anomalies, testing, etc when your downlink bandwidth or packetization rate is limited.
