Add appendix in user's guide to detail Manual Inspection steps of functional testing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The 'Manual Inspection Required' (MIR) steps in functional testing/certification are not always detailed enough for user's to understand the background/steps that are needed to be taken to complete the step/task.

Describe the solution you'd like Add an appendix to the user's guide that provides additional information for each MIR that exists and the steps needed to fulfill the intent of verifying the associated requirement. Should also add a print statement before or after the test results summary notifying user's to complete the manual inspections as part of the certification procedure and note that additional information can be found in the user guide appendix.
