Custom guest science commands not working from plans

During the REALM activity on 9/7, it seemed like the custom guest science commands in an fplan didn't reach the REALM APK even though the fsw reported the commands were successful.

This was a problem with the fplan REALM created. They didn't put the full name to the apk in the plan. Should probably look into why the fsw thought the commands were successful.
