app.opensci101.org Suggestion: Change color of 'Correct' image

I suggest changing the color of the checkmark in the app.opensci101.org module activities from red to green. It took me longer than I care to admit to realize I was getting activities "correct" versus "incorrect". Note: I have full color vision.
