Activity names in outline

Navigating through the materials of each lesson is difficult because you have to click through each one to see what the title of the activities are. This could be simply resolved by adding a list of the activity titles to the outline on the left of the page under each lesson. The activity names could become visible for a lesson once one clicks on the lesson so that the outline on the left doesn't become too onerous.

@bressler95tops - is this a GitHub concern or a MOOC concern?

@katblanchette this would be MOOC specific since the contributor is suggesting the user interface of the MOOC be changed which is why I marked it as a feature request and only the Curriculum status label since this does not apply to the GitHub version (at least for now). It might be best to disposition this to the MOOC developers to see if they have thoughts on actions that can be taken (if it doesn't conflict with the usability improvement they are already in talks about).

@bressler95tops = Thank you for the detail! I will add this to the MOOC developers list. Not sure how extensive and costly the fix will be and I will share the Developers comments here in this issue when I receive them.
