Reconfigured the package structure to make config/ available in lib

This PR re-arranges the package, to include the config folder in the package. I have also updated the IPython notebook to show how to access these data resources.

  • Moved the config files
  • updates the setup.py to install config files in lib
  • Altered IPython notebook code
  • Started to address hardcoded paths in library
  • Started applying Style changes (mainly to domain.py)
  • Incremented version number 1.0 --> 1.0.1
