EDS file does not match current definition of ConfigTable

Describe the bug In #459, a new field was added to the CF_ConfigTable structure. This field (fail_dir) needs to be added to the EDS XML file so it remains accurate.

To Reproduce Build CF with EDS, the table cannot be generated due to the field mismatch.

Expected behavior EDS file should depict correct table definitions.

System observed on: Debian
