Update digikey BOM to use actual ref designators as "Customer Reference" field instead of current UIDs

It would be better to use the control board ref designators as the "Customer Reference" field for the digikey BOM so that when the ordered parts show up we know what's what. (instead of using my current A1,A2,B1,B2, etc UIDs)
