Message from Sculpteo:

It has come to our attention by our production center that there could be a slight issue of your order. There are parts of your objects ” head back plate”, ” arduino plate” and ” back_plate” that have a space of less than 3 mm between the cutting lines, this means that the laser will cut the same area twice, this could cause melting, blistering or burning of the object. We recommend a 1 to 1 ratio: There is an online tool in the “review” page of your object on our website, where you will be able to measure the distances between 2 cutting lines: Please take note that the laser cut parts could have a slight angle which may be visible on thicker parts, we cannot ensure a right angle cutting edge. At this level you can :

  • Take the risk, and we continue the cutting. No complaint will be taken into account.
  • Submit a new file
  • Cancel your part and we will credit your Sculpteo account with the corresponding amount or refund you if you wish
