Agree, those things may (and probably will) change over environments and setups, windows would create one if required automatically, therefore they do not belong to the repo. But, also agree that this might be a minor problem, don't want to sound too perfectionist. It is a very nice project.

It's a joke/not-joke PR. Also, I added a .gitignore to keep future desktop.ini's from sneaking in...

Future work might include adding .DS_Store to the .gitignore
