Add Dark Mode for Mojave compatibility

Description: MacOS 10.14 offers a dark and light mode option to change Cocoa applications appearance to match the operating system theme. Add the options to the drop downs, icons, windows and other areas.

Update MMTabBarView to newest version is necessary for the tab bar views to be themed correctly.
