AWS external services removed

Hello,

Just wanted to check if the externally hosted AWS transducers will be re-implemented at some point? I can see they were removed, but I couldn't spot why. Is it just a cost issue perhaps?

We still have AWS CloudFront, but not AWS ALB. This is because ALB stopped working, and I didn't have the time to go fix it. I'll look into bringing it back up.
