Export bug-inducing inputs for use in test suites

Perhaps we need to create a new Trophies.md file and only leave a few notable bugs in the README.

And based on the HN suggestion, perhaps we need another file with a set of interesting inputs and whether they should be accepted so people can use it in test suites.
