Add a frame/background to the gui

For readability, it'd be nice if an output frame/background can be added to the gui to go under the text. Doesn't have to be moveable (though maybe options between left and right side of screen would be nice?).

I use alien biomes, and whenever I'm in a winter area, it's difficult to read the output.
