[FEATURE] Sort button for filtering posts
Description
We can add a Sort Button just before the beginning of the posts on the top right corner below navbar divider, which has a scroll down showing two options- latest ( shows latest posts according to the time they were posted) and popular ( shows posts on the basis of the number of likes, most liked post will appear on the top)
Will take care of the appearance of the button in both dark and light mode.
I want to work on this issue, @narayan954 Please assign me this.

yess seems good! Rest after implementing this feature, in the pr itself, i'll add screenshots of the button on both the positions.

hii @Palakkgoyal actually while running the project on local with the updated commits, many errors are coming which I'm trying to resolve from last 3-4 days and since there's only one day left for gssoc, if you want to work on this, you may take this issue:) Till then I'll try resolving the errors and try to complete other issues.
