To rerun cell on termination detection because of reconnection after hours

Cells can be run by pressing alt+ctrl+enter. Is there a way, we can simulate this key press on triggering the cell terminated event. Disconnection and reconnection in case happens because of running notebook for longer hours, this would be so substantially productive.
