Feature: add optional arg to retrieve bof configuration

This PR adds the optional argument retrieve_bof_config to retrieve the bof configuration using the commands:

  • admin show configuration bof | no-more (for running/startup)
  • edit-config bof read-only", "info | no-more", "quit-config" (for candidate)
