Not working in windows

I have tested in windows 7 and sublime text 2. I can install this package successfully, but showing some inappropriate message when i save the script . sublime-php_syntex_highlighter

This does not mean it's not working ... for some weird reason Sublime Text's author decided to throw obstructive alert if plugin is doing something less than blazing fast. So if anyone want's to disable it, just add this to your main user settings file:

"detect_slow_plugins": false
