Ignore markdown

For markdown file, it would be really useful to have a sort of tag to tell the markdown parser to ignore this part which need to be processed by dokuwiki parser or plugins. I see the --- front-matter but it seems it can’t be used several times and only on top of the document. So a spécial tag for this, like a tag for markdown files would be really useful.

I have found a way which seems to almost work but is problématic. I surround my dokuwiki or plugin syntax with </markdown>my not markdown synthax<markdown>. It works as it ends the markdown process and start a new. But the problem is that footnotes are placed at the end of the first markdown statement and not at the end of the page. So this is not the solution. Is there a way to deal with this? As the frontmatter but anywhere we wish in the page to revert only for a moment to dokuwuki syntax.
