HACK: Non-optimal, but functional GeSHi syntax highlighting

Presented as a functional possibility. This was my 5mins work, and is working, but surely needs cleanup and/or refactoring to fit general plugin style.

Thanks for submitting this hack. This plugin is based on the last classic version of PHP Markdown Extra. And I'm planning to migrate from the class version to PHP Markdown Lib. So you'd better contribute to PHP Markdown Lib directly.

I have added a new Pull Request ( #19 ) which assumes less of the code - perhaps that would be suitable?
