Match the specifications of the halt / poweroff / reboot command to the man page

What I want to change

The current halt / poweroff / reboot commands only turn off the power. The detailed specifications do not match the man page.

What's wrong

The contents known at this stage are as follows.

• halt / poweroff / reboot commands don't have option.
• halt command don't log /var/log/wtmp
• Incorrect signaling to each process
