unable to save photos into conversations

Steps to Reproduce

1. click in arrow down quare inside a photo, into a conversation

Expected behavior:

ask where do you like to download the photo

Actual behavior:

nothing happens

If you select $HOME/Downloads as a target to save the pictures, is there any difference?

I see nothing when I click in the icon of arrow down, nothing happens, I can't choose nothing.
