Linked Device - Signal on iPad

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Would be great to be able to link Axolotl with Signal on iPad.

Describe the solution you'd like It is possible to link Axolotl with a Desktop Client. Signal on iPad also supports feature to add a secondary device, but returns the error when attempting to link with Axolotl.

Additional context Error when link in Signal on iPad with Axolotl: Failed to Link Your Device. The operation could not be completed. (SignalServiceKit.ProvisioningProtoError error 0.)

Thank you for taking time to report that issue, I didn't know this was not working. It would be nice to be able to do that indeed, however, I don't have an iPad to test this. We'll see once the switch to UUID is over if it helps.

Just as an update: I can confirm this issue still persists. Signal desktop is linking as expected but the IPad is not. I know that this used to work in a previous version of axolotl.
