Backup messages and status page
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I understood that because of a change in Signal API, Axolotl stopped working about a week ago. This has been fixed by Axolotl updates. However, because I could not find any messages of users experiencing the same problem, or an Axolotl status page suggesting there was some problem, I started to mess with the app and lost my messages.
Describe the solution you'd like A way to make a secure (encrypted) backup of messages, that you can copy to another storage device for moments that you do something stupid and mess up your device or your device dies. The app should create a key then, that you can insert when restoring from backup.
Describe alternatives you've considered If Signal also stores messages on their servers, a way to restore from server would also be an option.
Additional context A status page on Axolotl.chat website would be nice, with a link inside app pointing to it. This way, regular users such as myself can easily find out if Axolotl is experiencing issues.

I would also suggest that feature could be compatible with the Signal local backups, allowing people to move faster from Android/iOS to Axolotl. :ok_hand:
