MetCoOp model data mapper OpenDAP

MET provides data (both archive and latest) from MEPS (MetCoOp Ensemble Prediction System) in open access via OpenDAP [link] . MEPS is a convection-permitting atmosphere ensemble model covering Scandinavia and the Nordic Seas [data description]. The data can be useful for extracting some atmospheric parameters in the coastal zone.

Data model and parameters are very similar to AROME-Arctic model, so it can be handled by the earlier developed mapper [#366] after minor extension.
