OpenDAP mapper should be updated and activated

It raises WrongMapperError in first line of __init__ We should use the netcdf_cf mapper as basis Follow same concept as netcdf_cf mappers, i.e. opendap class should be basis for other opendap mappers

It should e removed and all further development done in opendap.py
