Issue55 double checking the revision

after deletion of nansat_ingestor, there is no need to update vocabulary here. Everything is done in harvesting repo and done with two step development that @aperrin66 wrote there! So everything regarding updating vocabulary is removed here. this means this PR solves #55 by removing of the code here!
