syscall-summary needs ctrl-c/sigint handler

sycall-summary works fine for programs that run and complete but for something like a webserver/database it doesn't work cause we don't catch the signal

the new go native mkfs lib deprecates the old text-based serialization format we used in generating manifests for mkfs to consume (for ops) it's still useful for debugging purposes though...
