Ops Unusable on M1 Pro - Could not allocate dynamic translator buffer

Environment: CPU: M1 Pro OS: MacOS Moneterey 12.2.1 (21D62) MEM: 16 GB

❯ ops profile Ops version: 0.1.30 Nanos version: 0.1.38 Qemu version: 5.2.0 Arch: darwin Virtualized: false

Reproduce:

ops pkg from-docker node:16.3.0 -f node
ops pkg load -l node-16.3.0 --accel=false -p 8083 -f -n -a hi.js

ERROR:

@armenr latest qemu in brew is now at 6.2 - mind upgrading to that and see if that fixes your issue? https://formulae.brew.sh/formula/qemu
