improve docs for programs with flags
sometimes if flag arguments are not present for a given application we puke rather than telling the user that it is required - this might be a fix we need to do in ops proper (or nanos) but for now we should improve the docs on it - i ran into trying out https://github.com/kasvith/kache && noticed that we already had ppl with problems w/it
