Disabling zoom with mouse wheel

is it possible to disable the zoom feature with the mouse wheel? Some Apple users with their (weird) mices report that clicking on the prev-next arrow in lightbox causes an annoying zoom effect (I think due a bad design of the white "supercool" piece of hardware...) but anyway... if there is some setting to disable the zoom, I can make happy my apple-fan-friends

Actually this would remove a feature that non-Apple users may want to have. If we disable mouse wheel zoom when the mouse is over the previous/next button, would this be a good solution for you ?

Additionally, enabling/disabling zoom could be toggled via a configuration if people just want to get rid of the zoom in their instantiation entirely.
